Shahi Paneer

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Fresh Cream
  • 5 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 300 gmsPaneer
  • 6-7 Cashewnuts
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 5 Curry Leaves
  • 2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 3-4 Green Chilly
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Flavarich Shahi Paneer Masala

Process

  1. Slice 300 gms paneer (Cottage Cheese) into small, triangular pieces.
  2. Add 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and heat it, fry the paneer pieces in it, and remove it.
  3. In the remaining oil add extra 2 tbsp oil, 2 onions sliced and fry till its golden brown.
  4. Grind the fried onion with 1 large tomato and 6-7 cashewnuts.
  5. Heat 2 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds, 3-4 curry leaves, 2 tsp garlic paste and 3 green chilli paste and fry it. Add the grind mixture, stir it, add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder.
  6. When oil separates add 40 ml fresh cream and 2 tbsp FLAVARICH SHAHI PANEER MASALA and ½ cup water add fried cubes of paneer (cottage cheese) and cook for 5mins on slow flame. It’s ready now. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.”
