Slice 300 gms paneer (Cottage Cheese) into small, triangular pieces.
Add 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and heat it, fry the paneer pieces in it, and remove it.
In the remaining oil add extra 2 tbsp oil, 2 onions sliced and fry till its golden brown.
Grind the fried onion with 1 large tomato and 6-7 cashewnuts.
Heat 2 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds, 3-4 curry leaves, 2 tsp garlic paste and 3 green chilli paste and fry it. Add the grind mixture, stir it, add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder.
When oil separates add 40 ml fresh cream and 2 tbsp FLAVARICH SHAHI PANEER MASALA and ½ cup water add fried cubes of paneer (cottage cheese) and cook for 5mins on slow flame. It’s ready now. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.”
