Shahi Biryani

Ingredients

  • 3-4 kg Rice
  • ½ kg Vegetables
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 250 gms Curd
  • 10 Garlic
  • 4 Green Chilly
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tbsp Kesar Milk
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Flavarich Shahi Biryani Masala

Process

  1. In a bowl take ½ kg mix veggies like cauliflower, carrot, corn, peas, brinjal or any other of your choice. Add 2-3 Potatoes.
  2. Make large pieces of veggies and add 2 tbsp of ginger and garlic and green chilli paste.
  3. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, salt to taste, Add 2 tbsp of FLAVARICH S HAHI BIRYANI MASALA and 1 tsp of FLAVARICH GARAM MASALA powder.
  4.  Add 2 tomatoes finely chopped, 250 gms curd and 6 tbsp of fried onions crushed and keep it aside for 2 hours.
  5. Boil 1 kg Basmati Rice adding, whole garam masala and 2 tbsp of salt. After boiling strain the rice and keep aside.
  6. In a deep vessel put all the marinated mix and set it. Above it add the boiled rice and spread it evenly. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of kesar milk, 3 tbsp of ghee and some fried onions.
  7. Cover it and let it cook on a slow flame for 35-40 mins. Your dish is ready.
    “ Serve with some salad or raita.”
