Pav Bhaji

Ingredients

  • Vegetables
    • 3 Potatoes
    • 1 Cup Peas
    • 1 Carrot
    • 200 gms Cauliflower
  • 4 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 3 Onions
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 12 Cloves
  • ½ Inch Ginger
  • 5 Green Chilly
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp Flavarich PavBhaji Masala

Process

  1. Take 3 large potatoes, 1 cup of peas, 1 carrot, 200gms cauliflower, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes. Boil all these vegetables in ¾ cup of water, add salt and 1 tbsp red chilli powder. Mash all these vegetables after boiling.
  2. In a pan take 3 tbsp oil add 2 finely chopped onion and fry till transparent, than add 2 tsp of ginger & garlic paste and 5 green chilli paste, Add 1 finely chopped capsicum.
  3. Saute all the above things and then add 3 chopped tomatoes, 3 tbsp FLAVARICH PAV BHAJI MASALA, 1 tbsp of red chilli powder and salt to taste.
  4. Add mashed boiled vegetables and cook for 3-4 mins. Add 3 tbsp of butter. Its Ready.
  5. Garnish with coriander, onions, lemon slice and serve with buttered pav.”
