Soak 250 gms. Rajma overnight. Boil and keep aside.
Heat 5 tbsp oil in a pan, add 3 chopped Onions and fry till golden brown.
Remove Onions and grind it with 2 tomatoes and 5-6 cashews in a fine paste.
In the remaining oil add 2 tsp of additional oil and heat it, add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 5-6 curry leaves, 2 tsp of crushed garlic and 3-4 green chilli paste.
Cook for a while, add the grind paste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp coriander powder and salt to taste.
Saute till oil separates on slow flame. Now add boiled Rajma along with ½ cup water in which the Rajma was boiled.
Add 4 tsp FLAVARICH RAJMA MASALA and allow it to cook for 5 mins. Its Ready now. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with Ring Onions.”
