Ingredients

  • 250 gmsRajma
  • 6 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 3 Onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 5-6 Cashews
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 5-6 Curry Leaves
  • 8-10 Garlic
  • 3-4 Green Chilly
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • Salt
  • 4 tsp Flavarich Rajma Masala

Process

  1. Soak 250 gms. Rajma overnight. Boil and keep aside.
  2. Heat 5 tbsp oil in a pan, add 3 chopped Onions and fry till golden brown.
  3. Remove Onions and grind it with 2 tomatoes and 5-6 cashews in a fine paste.
  4. In the remaining oil add 2 tsp of additional oil and heat it, add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 5-6 curry leaves, 2 tsp of crushed garlic and 3-4 green chilli paste.
  5. Cook for a while, add the grind paste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp coriander powder and salt to taste.
  6. Saute till oil separates on slow flame. Now add boiled Rajma along with ½ cup water in which the Rajma was boiled.
  7. Add 4 tsp FLAVARICH RAJMA MASALA and allow it to cook for 5 mins. Its Ready now. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with Ring Onions.”
