1: Heat ½ cup ghee, Add 2 sliced onions, after it gets transparent, Add 1 kg meat and fry.
2: Add 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.
3: Add 2 tbsp red chilli powder and 1 cup curd and fry till oil separates.
4: Add 1 cup Birista [Crisp Fried Onion] and 4-5 tbsp FLAVARICH NIHARI CURRY MIX and fry.
5: Add 4 glass of water and cook on low flame. When tender, add 4 tbsp of flour and cook for some time.
6: Its ready now, Garnish it with Ginger Julian’s and coriander
