Mutton Biryani

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Mutton
  • 4 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 250 gms Curd
  • 5 Cashew
  • 4 Green Chilly
  • 2 inch Ginger
  • 15 Garlic
  • 2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp Flavarich Mutton Masala

Process

1: In a bowl take 1 kg of washed, dried mutton. Add 3 tbsp of ginger & garlic paste and 1 tsp of green chilli paste.
2: In another bowl , add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp Coriander powder, 200 ml fresh cream, 500 gms curd, crushed barista [crunchy fried onions] made from 5 onions and 5 tsp of FLAVARICH MUTTON BIRYANI MASALA and salt to taste.
3: Add all ingredients to mutton and keep aside for 4-5 hours.
4: Boil 1 kg Basmati Rice adding, whole garam masala and 2 tbsp of salt. After boiling strain the rice and keep aside.
5: In a deep vessel put all the marinated mix and set it. Above it add the boiled rice and spread it evenly. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of kesar milk, 4-5 tbsp of leftover Birista oil, 2 tsp of ghee and some fried onions.
6: Cover it and let it cook on a slow flame for 90 mins. Your dish is ready.
8: Serve with some salad or raita.
