1: Make fine slits on pieces of Chicken (1 kg).
2: Mix 4 tbsp ginger & garlic paste, 2 tbsp cream, 4 tbsp hung curd, 2 tsp vinegar, 4 tbsp FLAVARICH TANDOORI MASALA, 2 tsp butter, 1 lime juice and salt to taste, a pinch of Orange Red Permitted Food Colour (optional).
3: Mix all the ingredients and apply it on the chicken pieces. Marinate up to 3-4 hrs.
4: Then roast on a tandoor.
5: After roasting apply butter with a brush and sprinkle a bit of FLAVARICH CHAT MASALA. Serve hot with ring onions, mint, and green chutney
