1: In a pan add 2 tbsp of whole coriander, 1 tsp of cumin, 5-6 whole red chilli, small pieces of ½ coconut, 1 large sliced onion and roast it without oil in a non-stick pan and grind all together in fine paste.
2: Put 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and heat it, add some curry leaves and cumin, after it starts crackling.
3: Add 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste, add the grinded paste too. After the oil separates add 2 tsp of FLAVARICH FISH MASALA and puree of 1 tomato.
4: After oil again separates add 2 cups of water add 8-9 pieces of fish and when it comes to boil, slow down the flame and cook for 20 mins.
5: The dish is ready, serve it with rice or chapati.
