1: In a pan add 3 tbsp oil and fry 2 chopped onions. Remove it and grind with 1 tomato and 10 pcs of cashew nut.
2: Heat the remaining oil and add cumin seed, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp Coriander, 1 tsp garam masala powder and the grinded paste.
3: After the oil separates add 2 tsp of FLAVARICH EGG CURRY MASALA and salt to taste.
4: Add 2 cups of hot water and 6 pcs boiled eggs and when it comes to boil, slow down the flame and cook for 20 mins.
5: The dish is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with chapati and salad
