1: Take 1 kg of chicken pieces in a bowl nicely washed and tapped dry.
2: Add in 3 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste, Add 5-6 green chilli paste.
3: Add 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp Coriander powder, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cashew paste, 250 gms curd, 1 tsp fresh cream and 4 tsp FLAVARICH CHICKEN MASALA. Marinate for 1 hour.
4: Then in a pan heat 4 tbsp of oil and add whole garam masala.
5: After it crackles, add paste of 3 onions then fry until its golden brown, add all the marinated mix and cook till oil separates on a low flame.
6: Add 1 glass of water and continue cooking till completely done.
7: Its ready now, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with chapati or rice
